For many, the most exciting part of iOS 10.2 will be the addition of 70+ new Unicode 9 emoji. Along with all the new emoji, Apple has also updated some of its existing emoji, so you’ll want to take a closer look once you install iOS 10.2.

There are also a few new wallpapers (which you can download here without updating to iOS 10.2 beta 1), a Videos app widget in the Notification Center and a new menu to Preserve Settings for the Camera app.

Other changes include the return of Star Ratings in the Music app, the ability to sort from within the Music app, the option to hide contact photos in the Messages app, new Home button accessibility settings and a new full screen effect in Messages. But if you want to see all of these additions, features and changes in action, be sure to download the new iOS from Apple today!

Following the confirmation that Apple has delayed its wireless “AirPods” beyond the original late October launch window, rumors report that the manufacturing issues have caused delays and Apple will miss the holiday 2016 time frame it promised at announcement.

Apple announced the AirPods during its September 7 iPhone 7 event, where it confirmed the headphones have up to 5 hours of music playback and high-quality sound through a “seamless and automatic connection” between devices, as well as a battery case that includes up to 24 hours of charge.

Rumors around the Apple bonfire predict price cuts for both new and existing MacBooks in 2017 coupled with a refresh that adds support for 32GB RAM and more, dependent on whether Intel launches Cannonlake processors on time which isn’t looking good as they are still slating a 2018 release date as of writing. With the new series of power efficient processors Apple would have the necessary power needed to allow more than 16 GB of RAM that is available in the existing 2016 model.

Many customers have been upset that the new MacBooks, which run more energy efficient Skylake processors, continue to max out at 16GB of RAM and cost more than previous-generation models. For instance, the entry-level 13-inch MacBook Pro with a Touch Bar starts at $1,799, $500 more than previous-generation models.
